Do not save company content on personal computers or drives

There is a $5,000 penalty for storing company information, and the use of Google Drive is strictly prohibited.

• The only exception is for large files; anything below 20 megabytes, including text drives, is not allowed.
• Sharing links to Google Drive is strictly prohibited.
• Files created by content writers must be uploaded through the designated system.
• If the originator creates a file, all content or uploads by the writer must be deleted from that person's Computer within 30 days of the content's creation.
