Why we work this way
We keep our teams small on purpose. Rather than collect resumes we can't act on, we go back to people who have
already shown interest in us and invite them directly when a seat opens.
It means fewer applications, faster decisions, and a real answer for everyone we contact. It also means we
don't ask anyone to spend an hour on an application for a role that closed last week.
The work
Our teams handle customer service and phone support, data entry, and the day-to-day oversight of our AI operations — making sure the automated side runs properly and lands where it should. A real part of the job is being the human presence for customers who would rather not deal with AI at all.
We support hundreds of client companies across very different industries: restaurants, law firms, medical practices,
construction. That spread is deliberate. When one industry has a hard year, the others carry us.
What our roles look like
Fully remote. United States business hours. Independent contractor agreements, typically two years with the option to extend.
Pay is monthly and published in full on every invitation — base, attendance, internet allowance, performance bonuses, sign-on and year-completion bonuses, and the annual raise. Nothing is hidden
until the interview.
We invest in people who plan to stay. The roles we hire for oversee AI rather than compete with it.
