HR Compliance Issues
- 1 week prior notice for leaves and absences.
- 1st offense - double salary credit deduction for a day of no show.
- 2nd offense - regular pay per day credit deduction.
- Required to have a notebook and pen to take notes. Failure to provide or show notebook after 10 seconds of being asked will be fined as follows:
- 1st offense - 2500 pesos
- 2nd offense - 5000 pesos
- 3rd offense - Termination
- $5 deduction for every missed login and logout.
- A no-call/no-show incurs a Php5,000 penalty and/or termination. Extenuating circumstances may be exceptional. (e. i. Massive power outage that affects their area, serious hospitalization with documentation.
- 250 penalty for wrong input in the RT tracker
- Double deduction absent/leave without 7days' notice
- A one-day deduction will apply for half-day absences if not notified at least seven days in advance. For full-day absences without seven days’ prior notice, a two-day deduction will be implemented.
- EAs with camera-off privileges are required to respond within five seconds. A ₱1,000 penalty will be applied for non-compliance.
- Any EA Manager who assigns work or any project that is not paid for or Onboarding will be fined 3,700.
Email Policy Violations

- Not writing a note
- 2000 -first offence
- 5000 -second offence
- termination -3rd offence
Production and Sales
- Order of responsibility is AAP first (4hrs 500), EA P (6hrs 1000) then general “ EA” (8hr 500)
- 48hrs an additional 1000 for all involved. Unscheduled Absences and not being on the system does not release 48hr responsibility. Anyone no one the system will charged 4days off or the additional 1000php fine.
Board Sanctions
- CTM notes must be detailed.
- If the prospect given doesn’t have details, ask for the details Within 48 hours, an email must be sent to new inquiries
- Copy and paste the email sent in CTM, also take screenshot, and ticket # (all email's)
P1,000 penalty each notes that is not properly documented.
- 1st offense (caught 3 times) 25% salary deduction for 30 days
- 2nd offense: 25% salary deduction for 60 days
- 3rd offense: Termination
- This is within a 90 day period.
- 2500 fine per account for not logging out on TBW
- 3 strikes within a month (e.g., failure to update CTM, no response to clients, unread or unanswered emails, etc.) → 25% salary deduction
- 7 strikes within a month → Permanent 25% salary deduction for the next 2 months, along with any existing penalties
- Termination of employment if no improvement after 2 months
- Failure to document CTM in detail is a grave offense.
