📊 Penalty And Rule


👫 Within First 60 days, 2 days extension for every days missed, and its double deductions


👫  NOTE: 

Missing days disrupts the training process. This affects the efficiency of training. And if they missed 3 days on their first 30 days that is automatic termination,, NO EXCEPTION. Any money that was owed to them will be forfeited. This include Blackouts and any other reason including sickness except natural disaster that affects entire region.



👫   FOR ALL EA AND AA's; KPI's: 

Must also be able to do emails and respond to emails, must master task manager board and has to maintain 95% follow up rate.

For EA's, they must have 99% accuracy when it comes to follow ups on appointments within 24 hours. There will have 10% reduction on their compensation for anyone that is below 99% on 1st offense. 2nd time they have mistake that's 20% reduction on their 2nd months. 3rd time 20% but its extend for 3months . This is a 3 month corrective action plan.


👫Situations That Must Be Reported Immediately in Request For Help


  • "Sent an HR inquiry"
  • "Power outage"
  • ''Please come to my room.”
  • “I need help”


👫Phone Usage Policy


Use of mobile phones during working hours is strictly prohibited unless you are out of the system.
Penalty:

  • Php 5,000


👫Email Accuracy Policy

           
All email responses must be accurate and reviewed before sending.

Penalties:

  • 1st offense – Php 250
  • 2nd offense – Php 500
  • 3rd offense – Php 1,000
  • 4th offense – Php 2,500
  • 5th offense – Php 5,000
  • Penalties reset every two (2) months.


👫Work Status Integrity Policy


Employees must not report or post any task as completed if it has not yet been done.
Penalties:

  • 1st offense – Minimum of Php 2,500
  • 2nd offense – Php 5,000
  • Further violations – Subject to termination depending on severity


👫Work Order Approval Policy


All work orders must be:

  • Fully paid, or approved in writing by Mr. Smith
  • No work shall proceed without meeting these requirements.


👫Documentation Policy
            Submission of false documentation is strictly prohibited and will result to termination.
